6:00–7:15 AM – Volunteer breakfast

7:15–7:30 AM – Pick up backpacks, vests, entry numbers & certificates

7:45 AM – Arrive at assigned division/staging area

8:00–9:30 AM – Parade entrants arrive at staging

10:00 AM – Flyover & Parade begins ✈️

1:00 PM – Parade ends; return vests & bags at table

1:00–2:00 PM – Lunch

Marshal Duties

Organize your division in official order

Check that entry numbers are posted on both sides + front of lead vehicle

Maintain 10 ft spacing between entries

Keep spectators out of the street

Enforce parade rules:

No candy throwing

No alcohol

No jumping on/off floats

Keep the parade moving (only stop for emergencies)
