Return and Refund Policy
Nevada Days is a nonprofit organization. All proceeds from merchandise sales go directly toward producing and supporting the annual Nevada Days celebration. We appreciate every purchase and your support of our community event.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Pins, patches, and stickers (opened or removed from packaging)
- Limited-edition keepsakes, collectibles, and art prints
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for online orders. If you would like to exchange an item, you are welcome to visit our physical gift shop in person, where our team will be happy to assist you if the product is available in store. Online purchases are eligible for a full refund only (see conditions above).
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the issue when you reach out.

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card provider or bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service — Nevada Days is not responsible for items lost in transit.
