I acknowledge that not all applicants will be selected, and individuals who are not deemed appropriate candidates may not be contacted regarding volunteer opportunities.

We/I, the entrant, as designated above and constituted by our/my submission of this application, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Nevada Day Board of Directors, Nevada Day Inc., the City of Carson City, and their volunteers and/or agents, from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, or settlements, including reasonable costs, expenses and attorney's fees, arising out of participation in the Nevada Day Parade and/or any of its events.
