Vendor Information & Requirements

The Nevada Day Parade is a rain-or-shine event, and all vendors are expected to attend regardless of weather conditions.

If you plan to bring a pop-up tent, Carson City requires that each leg be securely weighted. Tent stakes are not permitted, so proper weights must be used on all tent legs to help prevent tents from lifting or blowing away.

Nevada Day is not responsible for any damage caused by unsecured tents, including tents that may blow away or cause damage to other vendor booths or property. Please ensure your setup is safe and compliant before the event begins.

For the safety and comfort of all attendees, vendor pets are not allowed at the event. The only exception is registered service animals as defined by law.

Food vendors are responsible for complying with all rules and regulations required by Carson City and the local Health Department, including any permits, inspections, or operational requirements. The Nevada Day organization cannot be held liable for any fines, closures, or penalties resulting from a vendor’s failure to comply with these regulations.
